My cookbook launched exclusively on Kickstarter today!

I am completely thrilled to tell you all about a very exciting project that I’ve been working on for the past year..launching my cookbook – Good Taste – exclusively on Kickstarter!

Readers of my novels know how much I love painting pictures with words and how much my characters tend to love food…eating it, preparing it, and sharing it.

Food, and the feeding of people I love, is a passion of mine. I’ve shared recipes on social media, in my books, and in my newsletters throughout the years, and have fed most of the people who have dared set foot in my kitchen. Cooking has always been a huge source of joy, comfort, and inspiration for me. I love cookbooks and have spent countless hours reading them, thinking about them, and obviously cooking from their pages. Deep down I always fantasized about writing my own.

And now, I am finally biting the proverbial bullet. This Kickstarter campaign is to help me produce my very own, and first ever, cookbook. It’s nearly done and will be gorgeous––I could not be more proud of what I have created so far.

I’m doing this on Kickstarter because I want to share this process with as many people as possible. It’s a dream come to true to finally take this step, and in the same spirit of wanting to share my kitchen table with family, friends, and neighbors, I want to share this process with all of you. More pragmatically, I also need your help getting it over the finish line.

I’ve poured my heart and soul into a cookbook, called Good Taste. Good Food. A Good Life, and you can help me get it finished if you help support me before July 7th!

Good Taste will be a beautifully designed, and produced, linen-bound hardcover filled with gorgeous never-before-seen photographs and delicious and simple recipes for appetizers, entrees and desserts. The book will only be available on Kickstarter–a way to bring creative projects to life through donations.
