More food thoughts
Another thing I was reminded of today, whilst watching Two Angry Moms, was Michael Pollan’s suggestion. I think I may have mentioned it before, but he said, basically (and if I recall correctly), if your Great Grandmother wouldn’t recognise it as food, don’t eat it. Great advice.
