White Bean Hummus

This is exactly the same as regular hummus made with chick peas, but sometimes I just want a change. I also think that white beans may be slightly less offensive on the calorie front, but that could just be what I tell myself to feel better...

1 can white beans (I used navy beans)
2 or 3 cloves garlic
2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil depending on the consistency you want - the more oil you add, the runnier it will be.
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sprinkling of dried hot chilli flakes, again, according to taste.
1 tablespoon of tahini

Put everything in a blender, and blend until smooth. When I make this with chick peas, I tend to like it chunky, but the white bean hummus should be smooth. It's also wonderful as a base on pizza dough, covered with a great tomato sauce and whatever else you like to put on pizza.
