My passion is decorating, creating cozy, warm, elegant homes in which to gather the people I love. Creaky Cottage, our current home, is an old summer cottage by the water in Westport, Connecticut, that has been both winterized, and added on to over the years. It has low ceilings, cozy rooms, and you feel as if the house is hugging you, the minute you walk in the door. I have lived in many houses, and each time have renovated and decorated in my slightly English, slightly American, very cozy style, and this is my favorite.

Especially the kitchen, which not only functions beautifully for someone who is a serious cook, but is also gorgeous to look at (imho!).
